Lightweight wool gabardine, jacket is fully lined in black fabric; has a fitted waist and peplum effect with faux pocket on each side of hip. 3/4 length or just past elbow length sleeves, padded shoulders (of course!) Skirt has a side metal zipper and is lined on front side; slight A-line shape to the skirt. Measures; jacket 38" bust (when buttoned so will go larger if left unbuttoned), 30" waist, 42" hips, 21" from shoulder to hem; skirt is 29" waist (but has plenty of room to move the button at least 2"), 42" hips, 26" total length from waist to hem edge. Appears to be never worn, deadstock but without hangtags Unlined, pieces have a linen look but are a cotton and wool (?) blend Modified A-line skirt has side metal zipper and button; cropped jacket has bracelet length sleeves and faux flapover pocket at each side of waist. You'll stand out in this baby, baby! $32.00 Item #mr1800, Sensational 70s Steel Blue Three Piece Suit Smashing 70s necessary three piece suit that is SO stylin! Darker steel blue/grey polyester blend with sparkling mod gold buttons Ca. 1970s, European Look by JC Penney label Wide notched lapels, two button front on the jacket - vest has an adjustable belted back Jacket is lined in sky blue satin and has lightly padded shoulders; vest has a satin back Measures: Jacket 17-1/2" across chest, 18" across shoulders (36), 17" across waist (34" waist), 29" total length from shoulder to hemline, arm length is 31" from midneck to cuff. Pants measure 32" waist by 32" length inseam. In excellent condition with no holes, snags, stains, etc. All buttons intact. Plastic zipper on pants works well - pants do have a very faint 2" smudge across the right thigh but it is very light. Notice the cool double belt loops and the slightly scooped pockets on the pants! Smashing style! $48.00           Item #mhp05, Outstanding New/Old 50s 'Garay' Coral & Peach Handbag Absolutely stunning designer handbag with metallic gold accents and handle and one of the most fabulous clasps we've ever seen! Ca. 1950s, 'Garay' label - still has original hangtags and is new/old or deadstock Foldover BIG round goldtone clasp has amber and peachy pink stones inset; exterior of bag is plastic covering peach satin and has reverse painted dark coral (almost deep orange), olive green and black vertical designs both front and back. Interior is a luscious pale peach matching satin with one zipper pocket and one mirror pocket. Metallic gold piping surrounds Measures a whopping 16" wide by 8" high, 2" front to back depth, handle is 1" wide with a 6" drop In excellent, never used condition however does have a few boo-boos; there is a 1" crack near the front right corner which we repaired (so won't spread or flake off) There is also another dime sized area on the back left side where the plastic has cracked and is missing (also repaired by us) This has left a slightly milky look to the plastic in thar area, but there should be no further breakage there. The plastic itself is slightly stiff throughout from poor storage but the purse is very usable - just wouldn't overfill! There is a dime sized area on the front left coral where the color appears to be missing (may be a machine error?) Truly doesn't detract as you will see in our large photos. Clasp is excellent, stones intact, closes firmly, interior is near mint as well. A bit of goldtone sheen is missing on the top frame, that is all. Still a very rare find! Yummy shades of hot pink, sunny yellow, orange, green & turquoise abstract floral design with single handle. Oblong goldtone lift up clasp closure, base of purse is flat with goldtone feet; interior is champagne faille with a single side pocket. Purse is fabric covered with a slightly raised/vertical texture. Measures 11" wide by 7" high, 3" front to back depth In excellent, mint condition - rare find!
